7th Supplement to China CRC-SEPA Inventory IECSC [2007年2月6日，19:43:45]

China EPA issued an announcement on Jan. 12, 2007, saying that chemicals that were ever produced or used inside mainland China before Oct. 15 of year 2003 are now granted the seventh chance to be supplemented into IECSC.
You can check to see if chemicals of your company have ever been to mainland China before Oct. 15th, 2003, and whether these are in IECSC or not.
